Packages are generally delivered to you or to a post office within 3 to 4 days after receipt of payment. They are generally shipped via BPOST or DPD (for France) with a tracking number and delivered with signature. Packages can also be shipped via another carrier, delivered against signature. Whichever delivery method you choose, we will send you a link to track your package online.
Shipping costs include preparation and packaging costs as well as shipping costs. The preparation costs are fixed, while the transport costs vary according to the total weight of the package. We recommend that you group all of your items in one order. We cannot combine two orders placed separately and shipping costs apply to each of them.
Your package is shipped at your own risk, but special attention is paid to fragile items. Box dimensions are appropriate and your items are properly protected.

In Belgium: € 2.50 at a relay point and € 4 at home.
In France: € 8 per 30 KG package
In Luxembourg: € 5 per 30 KG package
In the Netherlands: € 5 per 30 kg package
In Germany: € 5 per 30 KG package
In Corsica: 18.69 € per package of 25 KG
In Martinique and in Guadeloupe: € 278 per 25 KG package
